I had a car claim this morning, and I was very shaken up. I didn't know what to do. Then, I spoke with Similo Nkomo, and he immediately put me at ease. He assured me that the process would be simple and take about 15 minutes, which it did. He was incredibly helpful and guided me through everything. Furthermore, he offered information about additional insurance options for my car, which I wasn't even aware of. He also explained that Glass company would be contacting me shortly to replace my window. I am extremely grateful for his efficient and supportive service.
