I had a breakdown recently and although the response was very quick and helpful, they refused to drop my niece at school, stating that to drop both me and her will exceed R500. Her school is on the way to my work and it would not even have cost more than R300. I was highly disturbed, as I would like to know what would have happened if my sister was unable to assist at that time? More so, they just increased my cover with R300 without a plausible reason or even a phone call to inform me, this after only 4 months on my reduced cover. I did not budget for this so it is a hugge shock and inconvenience to me.
