I got assisted by Sabastian with regards to my now increased premium(annual increase). I asked for policy review as I felt that the new premium got increased way too much and I didnt want to change insurance as it tends to be too much work. Sebastian assisted so well with that and came as a relief as he even went as far as getting my premium even much lower. That was a relief for me. He was polite, patience and explained everything in detail. Real good service rendered by him.
