I got a call from one of the agents (Faith Daweti) confirming my policy and giving me information on the extra products I could get with the benefits. I ended up not taking any extra products because of my current financial situation and at no point did I feel pressured/forced. She was very pleasant to interact with and now I will definitely look at these options as and when my circumstances change.
