27 May 2026, 12:56FFW only repley when I write a review, please note U being with you until +- 3 years ago abour -+11years never clainlmed. My request for FFW was to send somene out for come check the damages die to storm not even a claim,you send someone out 3days later even I have explained that water id leaping from my roof through electric bulb right through my house. Inspector spend less than 20 minutes and told me is a maintenance isdue. I am sure if tgere was a man beside me he would sing a different due. Inspector was arrogant and I praticully had to beg him to look at tge rooms and fetch the machine to check dampness. FFW 1stly took their own time to send out someone. 2bdly when I complained about the way the inspector did tgeir job they did not someone else out for second send out opinoin. You dont care about your clients I have being monthly for +&1k for -+11 years never claimed thar is about -+ R125000 . FFW this is my home my family roof your company is cold. I trusted you for many years. I am sure you were the happiest when Ijust cancelled my insurrance.Shame on you . Women beware they are not for speaking speaking as a single mom
