I dealt with Jennine.She was absolutely fantastic! Calm, professional and kind.It felt like i was talking to an old friend.I was quite agitated and ready to leave ffw for a competitor. She managed to calm me down and addressed all my concerns in a dignified and non-judgmental manner.In the end i was very happy and i was retained as a client.Keep her, she is amazing!
