I complete nightmare dealing with you!

What a complete nightmare dealing with your consultants and the so called manager, don't know how or which business model your company uses, a claim was submitted on the 7th of January of which you approved to date no communication from first for woman not the repair center. Right now I do not want to deal with first for women, I need feedback on when my car will be ready and secondly I want my car back!
