I cancelled my policy on the 5th May , and I was told my refund will reflect within 5-7 days , I called on the 8th day and I’m told it will reflect on the 10th day

I cancelled my policy on the 5th May , and I was told my refund will reflect within 5-7 days , I called on the 8th day and I’m told it will reflect on the 10th day . I called on the 10th day , I’m told it will reflect by the 20 May , I called on the 21 May , I’m now told that I won’t get my refund because I gave my brother the car and I now send 1st women letter of sale or else I won’t get my refund…. Imagine no one told me that nonsense until the last minute now they must pay me
