I called to change my debit order date ans spoke to Snethemba what a pleasant experience!! She was calm, explained thoroughly in my language. Once done because I wanted to speak to retentions she transferred me and when I could not get through she came back and explained that there is a queue she will ask them to call me. She even spoke a blessing on me about getting a job after I had told her I'm changing the debit date as I no longer work. She was very empathetic ❤️ a true epitome of serving excellent ✨✨✨
