I called in yesterday to query about the increase in my insurance premium from my annual review, a wonderful lady assisted me by the name of Maria. She liased with her manager got me the best possible premium (lower than initially quoted) she further assisted me with an outstanding claim from 2020 she followed up on that and I’m awaiting to be contacted by the processor of the claim. We had the conversation yesterday and she said she will take it up and contact me today with feedback which she did. She has a heart for people, she was of great help and the company actually need more people like her, I was ready to pack my bags and migrate to another insurer.
