I called in to ask for a decrease on my premium. And Nkululeko was the agent who assisted me. She advised i wait one more month before I do my review as it could increase the premium. She promised to phone me back month later. And early in the morning she phoned me and premium went down with little over R200. She was very friendly and helpful. I am happy.
