I called in regarding my premium being too high, and spoke to Karabo who gladly assisted with getting a cheaper premium. Karabo was exceptional as he explained everything to detail, and answered all my questions. Definitely an asset to the company. Because of Karabo I’m staying with 1st for women and will be paying much less. 😃🤑🤑👍🏾
