I called in for assistance with the claims department, I was not getting the assistance I needed until I got in contact with Branden Persadh. He dealt with me with such patience and kindness and where he didn’t have the answers and he would immediately consult without promising to call me back and not doing it like I had experienced before. He tried his best to assist and provided alternative solutions. It was so refreshing to be assisted by someone who sounded like they actually care.
