I called from my cellphone and was holding on for almost 10min for assistance

I called from my cellphone and was holding on for almost 10min for assistance. My call were answered and I was asked to hold,but the gentleman politely asked whether I have enough airtime,seeing that he had to speak to a higher authority first. I said,that if my call gets disconnected then he should k ow that I ran out of airtime.He asked if he could cut the call and then call me back. He did. He did a great job today,thank you sir
