I bought a new Hyundai i20 (2022) vehicle cash and they are my insurance company, had a big accident in September 2023 , and because the car is fully paid and not finance they refused to write it off and opted to repair it , and now they are putting in parts that doesn't belong to that vechile and telling me to **** off and just take it, 1st for women insurance has now shown that they cannot be trusted to honor their agreements with their customers
