I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY CAR TO BE FIXED AFTER 4MONTHS OF CLAIM BEEN APPROVED
I submitted my claim for scratch in February 2022 it was approved the same months but till to date my car have not been fixed every time when do follow up they tell me about re assessment since the assessor previous quoted for wrong defects .
Now their telling me the did another quote for the 3rd time and the are starting to point things they wont cover after 4 months of waiting and waste of anytime .

07 Jun 2022, 17:07I am so disappointed with the way my problem is being addressed initially i was Qouted R5800,00 for rear and front bumper while the rear bumper was the only one damaged
After 4 months of waiting for re-assessment i wrote my review they send me new Qoute for rear bumper only to be R5900,00 whereas they told me it will be low since the wont be covering front bumper
Can someone recommend better insurance for me i am fed up with this *******
