I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from 1st for Women

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from 1st for Women on the 1st of April.

I was instructed to go to an assessing location at Steyns Industrial Park, Unit 9, last entrance in Helen Street on the left, Hermanstad, corner of Helen and Van Riebeeck Street. Upon arrival, I discovered that the location belonged to Synercore Manufacturing and was not a panel beater as expected.

What makes this even more upsetting is that I travelled all the way from Mogogelo, wasting both my time and petrol. In the world we live in today, sending clients to questionable or unfami**** industrial locations without proper verification shows a lack of concern for client safety and wellbeing. Anything could have happened.

I am also still waiting for reimbur*****t for my petrol expenses after being sent to the incorrect location. This entire experience has been frustrating, inconvenient, and unacceptable.

If my reimbur*****t is not processed urgently, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter to the Ombudsman.

I expected far better service and professionalism.
