HOW DARE YOU!!!!!!!

<p>First I spent a whole year being incorrectly insured because someone failed to listen. I go to other insurance companies who tell me that im insured incorrectly. I change my insurance to the correct cover eventually and im FORCED to pay an admin fee again.I let it go and me and I decided that the admin fee is to be paid in 2 instalments. I didn’t ask for the this option. Your agent gave me this option. To my surprise the whole amount went off and I didn’t budget for it meaning my account is now overdrawn and it wasn’t my fault. Can someone please contact me to cancel the insurance. I’d rather pay more elsewhere than pay cheap for DISHONESTY. All sales agent want to make a quick buck but deciding what happens in my account is totally unacceptable. I refuse to sit and hold for more ****py service from you. Im done!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
