How 1st for Women treats it's new customers
Mpho Sibeko is the worst call center agent. She gives you the worst service and doesn't even apologize for that. I'm a new client at 1st for women but I'm already shopping around for another insurance company. If this is how they treat their mew clients, then I'm scared to see how they treat their clients during the claim stage.
