Horrific service horrific service providers

Horrific service claims don't get resolved . I reported a leak 3 weeks ago the water is dripping down by kitchen window . They sent a plumber out who said it's the shower floor thats not sealed as bathroom is above the kitchen scullary . Shower never gets used . Claim rejected . I told them this is impossible they need to escelate . They sent through other plumbers yesterday . They now accessed that there is a water leak in the pipe in the slab . . The water leak has now damaged my kitchen cupboards and my blimds in the kitchen . The water continues dripping . Three weeks later still no solution. I've left numerous messages for Mohammed regarding my claim no calls get returned . The damage to my property is getting worse and who is going to pay this water bill. Really does it take 3 weeks to just get someone to assess that's . Horrific service . They fast in taken your money monthly but pathetic is resolving damages . When will this nightmare end
