I am writing this to express my deep disappointment with 1st for Women. I have an Insurance that covers scratches and dents which I have been paying R221.00. I have recently put a claim for the scratches on my car, and I was told to send the photos of the and after they said they were going to send someone to further a assess the scratches on the car. A day later I received a call that my claim was declined and no one came to assess the scratches. Why 1st for women took my payments and rejects my claim. without further assessments. I also wrote them a e-mail asking and no one bothered to reply to my email.
