Horrible service from 1st for women pet insurance

If i could give a minus rating to 1st for women I would. I have had headache after headache from 1st for Women pet insurance. I was told the biggest amount of lies when signing up to my policy just so they can get a new client to find out that I didn’t get any of the cover that was stated on my signing up phone call. For them to then refuse to cancel my policy. I requested numerous of times for the recordings which states you allowed them upon request which to this day I still haven’t received. Took my money before the 7 days grace period and now make me wait for a refund when all they have done is lie and mess me around. People wanting to get pet insurance do not attempt to even think of using them. What they offer and what you get is a complete lie.
