Horrible service and reports based on lies

Service was bad. Claiming for my house insurance (2022 march 05) (case no: 92/3/2022) but when i lodged a claim they refused to pay stating reasons that are not true. They're investigator was rude and arrogant and so was the person responsible for my claim when i tried to engage with them over the phone. I would never recommend them to anyone. When you pay they are good to you but when you claim they give you the round around and becomes rude and arrogant. Their consultants withhold information until you claim then they tell you things that they never informed you about when you initially took the cover.
