Horrible service and good in lying

Guys please please stay away from first for women there no guardian angel here when you need one . They will promise and not deliver the consultant will lie like they went to school for that..I logged my claim on the 12/06/2023 today it's the 19/06/2023 I'm still sitting with my damaged car I'm paying for courtesy car but I'm using public transport they don't make a mistake when they take your premium but now they are ignoring my calls once they hear my name.they will keep you on hold until you hang up.i make sure I call twice a day.I spoke to Tshwarelo one day the guys was so rude to me.no progress when using their stupid app.you get automated response.no human touch with that stupid app.the consultant are just not professional...they will promise you speedy response by end which is just a plain lie My advice is do not even consider this insurance please please guys its so unfair to pay R1400 for someone to give you a run around when you have to claim...I'm heartbroken tired and helpless right now
