HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EXPERIENCE AT !ST FOR WOMEN INSURANCE

Hi lodged 2 claims, one for my TV, broken due to power outages, the other for a ****** cellphone. Been the with company for more than 4 years. I keep phoning and following up on the claims. they say I have to repair my tv myself, then they say for a phone I paid almost R10000 for, (about 6 months ago) that they will only pay out R1000. Note that the premium for the phone alone was R300 p/m. They are blatantly *********** their customers without flinching or remorse. very very unprofessional
