Horrible service

I have insurance with first for woman, firstly they debit me 3 days before debit order date putting me in a complete inconvenience. Then i adked for a retention to call me, they never did onfact i pay more than inwould have with other insurances during this difficult tine. I hate how they showing me how they'll never protect me should things go offside. I want to cancel this horrible insurance
