Horrible service

Horrible experience with this insurance company and the shop they chose to fix my car. I had problems from the beginning and I asked them to change the auto body shop they chose and I asked them to change them before they took my car in but they refused. Now my car is back and covered in TAPE because they couldn’t fix it. I drive my car with parts that are put together by tape everyday. Been trying to get this sorted for over a month and I’m not getting any help.

Stay away from this insurance company.
