Horrible Service

On the 17 August i took the Scratch and dent policy with First for women since i've already have car insurance with them , i requested them to debit this policy same date as my car insurance policy but that was never done. I've contacted first for women more than twice just to update my debit order date, even today i phoned but the lady i spoke to she sounded like she doesn't know what she was doing cause she kept on saying she is transferring my call to the cancellation department, which i never told her that i wanted to cancel the policy. just for simple thing , it is the battle to get assistance from first for women.
