Horrible experience with 1st for Women car insurance

It's almost 3 weeks now since I submitted a claim of a ****** vehicle with 1st for Women but no one has ever given me a call to update me. When I called them they are telling me they need to appoint a recovery agent since the day of the claim they have been saying the same story. I'm soo frustrated it's like they don't know what do. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, worse experience ever!
