Horrible customer service

I've recently joined first for women and my premiums have increased twice without notification. The first one I had to call through and understand why when I just thought everyone is sorted now there's another debit order increase. 3 weeks of being with first for women and I'm just having a bad experience. I think I should just cancel both my policies.
