Horrible consultant service

I received a call from a consultant offering me an opportunity to decrease my premiums ,afterwhat he called a security check to see if I qualify for that he asked if I'd be interested in a life insurance ,after saying no,the guy said okay and hung up on me without continuing with the offer or thanking me for my time . Like why the eff do you call under false pretences?Now I was sitting there wondering why is the dude suddenly silent only to find out he hung up without no warning.
