Horrible Claim process by Auto and general ( 1st for Women)

Dont join First for women there claim process is very bad. I put in a claim the 15th January 2024. The 24th I received message on their app my claim has been finalized and Emmanual Nzama will be in contact with you. I phone them the 1/02/2024 asking them when they plan to finalize the claim. They said they couldnt get hold of me and they sent me email. I told the lady I send her my call logs end emails i havent received any calls from Emmanual Nzama . I havent received any calls or emails . It now the 6/02/2024 and the claim hasn't been paid out yet. There call center is so bad you must wait an 1hour and 30 minutes just to get thru. Dont join this insurer very bad
