I am still in awe by the way I was treated by Daisy from First for women she gave me the most appalling BAD ATTITUDE and this is my first claim with FFW I have been with them for almost three years and I never expected to be treated like this, when I asked her to put me through to her superior she told me she does not have a superior - FFW if that is how u train your staff then I can't be with such a insurance company - BAD EXPERIENCE
