Home insurance cancelation

I want to cancel my home insurance with them because I used someone else's banking details and the owner it's happy with that, so when am calling to cancel they are dropping the calls or putting me on hold or letting me know they will get back to me just now and I wanted to cancel before it's too late so they won't charge me for canceling, I told them I will call them back when am using my own banking details but am not getting any help.
