Hilda Van Niekerk - what a star!
<p>My daughter bought a car to be included in my insurance with FFW. I phoned them yesterday to get a quote and was assisted by Hilda van Niekerk - in Afrikaans! How awesome is that! She assisted me through the whole process and was so efficient and professional. Today 2 agents phoned me and upset the apple cart. I asked that Hilda phone me and she updated everything according to my requirements. Her patience, professionalism and knowledge of her products are astonishing! What a pleasure to do business with FFW if this is the quality of their agents. Please convey my sincere thanks and appreciation for the excellent service from Hilda.</p>
