Highly dissatisfied and dissapointed

As much as I am a woman, I am highly dissatisfied with 1st for Woman insurance. The way that they will mislead you when taking out your insurance policies. I already canceled my building insurance and home contents policy with them at the beginning of this year. So now there's another one that I will have to cancel due to poor service and the fact that they deceive you when selling/signing you up for their products. They tell you one thing but when it comes to claims you get the run around quick to take your money but not as quick when you claim for what you pay for. What a waste!! Don't deduct another cent from my account..
