Highly Disappointed and will never recommend it

This is not a cheap insurance and when you need to put in a claim they wash their hands from department to department. There is NO service, NO care, NO customer attention, NO willingness to help a woman. Nobody explains how the process of putting in a claim works, what can you claim. The departments do not speak to each other so you have to submit all the information and photos to each of them and they do not even acknowledge receipt of the documentation and do not advice if any other information is needed.
