Highly disappointed and hurt

I received a call from this guy which really ****ed me off at exactly 09h09 very rude pronounced my surname horribly wrong and apologized as if he is doing me a favor did not ask of my convenient to talk did not specify on the reason of his call when I told him about him being rude he raised his voice at me like I asked for the call. I'm asking the owner of 1st for woman to check the call and attend to the matter before loosing clients over this rude consultant of theirs. Highly disappointed and my Friday completely ruined after a very nice successful conversation with Nompumelelo. I'm hurt on the approach I won't lie I even forgot his name but since all calls are recorded 1st for woman would find the guy. I would hate to cancel my policy due to this.
