Highest premiums for the worst service and assistance!!!

As I recently moved down from Pretoria, Gauteng to Amanzimtoti, Kwazulu Natal, I phoned my insurance, First for Woman Insurance to update my policy, after doing so the consultant informed me that my premium has gone up once again!! I asked him how that was possible as I was no longer live or work in such a high crime rate area and after all my security measures have increased drastically, he could not answer me so he transferred me to another person who could not give me any information what so ever and just kept on saying “I think it’s because...” I did not ask what he thinks; I needed to know why my insurance premium has increased. Ever since I joined First for woman I have not once felt satisfied with the product nor with the service I receive from them and will never revert someone to this terrible company!! Up to know I do not know why my premium increased as no one tried to contact me to explain, or give me a reason, but they are very quick to send a mail to notify me of when the next debit order will take place!! They will no longer be collecting a payment from my bank account!!
