Hi horrible. I asked my account be debited on the 20th money was taken out on the 18th phoned and spoke to 2 people who just said I have to wait and see one actually supposed to have called me back today that was not even done FFW service is disgusting from management to staff ..not all just the ones that I have spoken to. I called today and a friendly helpful women assisted me call Sandele thank you for all ur help maybe the other should actually learn from you
