Help with poor service from pannel beaters.

My car had been damaged by shelving that collapsed in my garage. The damage was assessed, the claim approved and my car sent to Auto Rust in Amanzimtoti. After 7 working days I had to get really pushy to get my car back, on inspecting the car, I found only a third of the job had been done and there was a new scratch. Initially First for Women were not very helpful. Eventually they sent Leon Colendo to my home to inspect the car. Leon was in total agreement with me. He arranged for the car to be returned to Auto Rust. Leon also undertook to re-inspect the car before it was released to me. When he did that inspection he found Auto Rust workmanship to be lacking once again. Finally after 14 working days Leon was happy with the repair and released the car to me. Leon's approach was professional at all times. I would like to commend his efforts and thank him for all his assistance.
