Hell No to First For Women
Women think 1M times before giving them a call. They had no problem taking your premiums as fast as possible then will look for your history after you have been traumatized in an accident for the bonus provision. I had an accident and it's now going to 2 weeks and still no clarity if my claim will be rejected as they cannot find my insurance history in 2011. ***!!! I was even thinking of putting my other vehicle to them but hell no. Resolve my claim first.

I make a plan to pay the premium month after month so that i can sleep at night knowing that someone or you had my back. Accident came and you are putting more stress on me?

23 Jul 2019, 11:47After the initial miscommunication. the whole FFW team jumped into my case to help and assist me. At the moment all are sorted and my car is currently in repairs as well as they have settled the 3rd party claim.
I am happy with the outcome that i have insured my second vehicle with them. Thank you FFW team. You rocked!!!
