have refused to refund my money

This is making me sick and tired of insurance companies. They have taken 22.5% more than my <br> permitted premium after I have told them that I am not accepting their 22.5% increase. <br> First for Woman are arrogant and think they can do as they like. <br> They atate that they have integrity!
