Harassment...
If you would be so kind as to stop phoning my wife 6 times a day then when I do answer trying to find out what its related the operator just puts the phone down in my ear. I find this pathetic and very irratable, STOP PHONING MORE THAT 6 TIMES A DAY, IF WE WANTED AN EXTRA SERVICE WE WOULD CONTACT YOU!!! If this happens again we will be looking at other service providers...
