Happy to sign you up after service poor
I recently signed up with First for woman car insurance. I was dealing with Tshepo Mosiya who was amazing at getting back to me until he had clinched the deal. After that he was absolutely useless. Then my first debit order came off and there was a double debit order which was an error on their part. I called Tshepo to explain the situation and told him if they don't sort it out I would like to cancel. His attitude was well if that's what you want to do go ahead which was very different from his attitude when he wanted to sign us up. He assured me he would get someone to sort it out. Since then I haven't heard a thing. I'm in the recruitment business and I suggest Tshepo should change his career as he has no clue how to follow up. Bad attitude bad service not happy.
