Happy to make the sale , but poor service when you need them

I called to get a quote from FFW, the consultant at the time was very helpful , but obviously just to make the sale. When I needed the details on the policy to be amended , eg name and engine number so that the dealership would release my car the consultant was totally unresponsive to my mails and then handed us over to customer service. Also the amount that he provided on the quote and the amount I’m being charged are different. Obviously the quote was less and the premium is now more expensive and that too still has not been fixed . Totally unreliable consultants , be warned
