I would like to thank Jabulee ndala for the first for women claims department. we had a windscreen claim that happened in july/aug. due to certain things i wasnt able to complete the claim, 120 days passed which meant the claim wasnt valid anymore. thanks to jabulee she spoke to her manager and then overturned the decision to have the windscreen replaced. . thank you so much for your help
