The process from start to end of my claim has been professional, insightful and heartwarming. It gives me such joy to know there are passionate people, who aside from their daily lives put 110% effort into their job. I was informed, continuously updated and you all were so patient. As disheartening as the situation was, I can confidently say I am happy to have chosen 1st for women as my insurer.
