Guardian Angels for who?

I had the worst experience when my car broke down on the highway opposite Diepsloot on the R21. I used the app to ask for roadside assistance and the app indicated that the tow-truck has been dispatched. After 20 min of waiting, the app indicated that an error has occurred. I then proceeded to call the number provided and managed to speak to someone, who said that they have contacted the towing company and that they are on their way. Long story short, after numerous calls and messages, a tow truck pitched up. FFW indicated that I will be held liable to pay a extra fee cash in the case that the car needs to be towed for more than 20km.

The tow truck driver had an extremely bad attitude, didn't communicate anything to me and was on the phone 50% of the time. I took photos before and after the towing of the odometers of the tow truck and my friend's car, in order to track how many kilometers were travelled(19km). After all this drama and only arriving home late at night, I had a FFW agent calling me and being extremely rude, arguing about how many km's were travelled. He also killed the line midsentence while I was busy explaining to him exactly where on the highway I was fetched.

Overall the worst experience I've had. If my friend's didn't pitch up to help, I would've been stuck for 2 and a half hours in a very unsafe area. I thought you guys actually cared for women's safety, being "Guardian Angels on call" eh? Disgusted.
