Great Service Tshepiso Marakalala

I submitted a claim for a cracked windshield and needed to have it repaired before leaving for Mozambique on holiday. The service provider appointed by First for Women (Roodepoort branch) did not honor our appointment made to replace the windscreen of my vehicle on Friday 4 December. We where leaving on the following Sunday and i needed to have it replaced.....in came Mr Marakalala. He refused to accept that my windscreen wont be repaired in time before we leave for Moz and arranged for a different service provider to replace my windscreen on the Saturday. He took full responsibility and did not stop until my windscreen was replaced and i was 100% happy. He kept me up to date with his progress and i must say that service like this is simple above and beyond the job spec. Well done young man, much appreciated!
